Started as support staff, transitioned into a management role for the department reporting to CFO. Implemented Kandji (Apple MDM) and Intune (Microsoft MDM) to allow for dropship direct from vendor to new hire and refreshes while also enforcing CIS Level 2 compliance across the organization. Principally responsible for every hosted and on premises system in the organization, including support staff. Implemented Power Apps and Power Automate applications to streamline and automate workflows for HR, IT, and Finance departments. Strategically reduced IT OpEx by 40%, reducing redundancies in services and features by training staff on existing core services.

Primary responsibilities are supporting all global staff, with occasional support for our global satellite offices including our headquarters in Israel. Total organization of 1000+ global employees.
