I am a results driven, sales hungry sales manager. I have spent my career raising the bar and leading the way in the healthcare sales field. I have spent the past 19 years transforming Soundview Medical Supply into one of the largest and most successful providers of incontinence supplies in the Pacific Northwest. As the Sales Manager I am responsible for leading the growth effort in Washington State by supervising our sales team, developing new accounts in the long term care setting, obtaining referrals through networking and business development, and cultivating relationships through account maintenance.I am also a partner and VP of Sales with Synkwise. Synkwise is an application for managing residential care facilities. Synkwise is a comprehensive web-based application that supports providers, resident managers, caregivers, and nurse delegators to effectively manage residential care. Synkwise is a multi-platform solution that operates on any device with internet access including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Synkwise gives the care provider full control of their business anywhere and anytime in the palm of their hands.I am also the adminstrator for several Facebook groups in the Senior Care industry incuding Adult Family Homes (https://www.facebook.com/groups/adultfamilyhomes), Senior Care Networking (https://www.facebook.com/groups/seniorcarenetworking) & several other groups. Total combined membership is over 7,000 members.My goal is to support my customers by providing them with better products, better pricing & better service!
