 Advise clients on regulatory compliance including with state licensing boards, HIPPA compliance, and general compliance with fair trade practices. Counsel business entities on business formations, contract negotiation, and serve as a general outside counsel to companies throughout Pennsylvania. Represent clients in all stages of state and federal criminal proceedings including jury trials, direct appeals, and collateral appeals. Litigate administrative appeals before various state agencies and represent clients in hearings before the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals. Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements in civil cases exceeding one million dollars in settlement and criminal cases ranging from first degree felonies to minor summary infractions.  Negotiate, draft, and advise clients on sales agreements, purchase agreements, and acquisitions of properties and additional subsidiary companies. Succesfully litigated cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, including a reversal of a Criminal Homicide conviction.

Municipal Web Management provides municipalities and other organizations with a professional web presence. We provide various services, including web design, social media management, website maintenance, and digitization of applications.

 Litigated appeals to the Department of Human Services Bureau of Hearings and Appeals for the expunction of clients’ indicated status listing including representation in the pretrial and hearing phases and appeals to the Commonwealth Court. Successfully argued for reversal of a case in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court which established a new precedent governing the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure. Litigated appeals before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Superior Court, and Commonwealth Court which included legal research, writing, and oral argument before all of Pennsylvania’s appellate courts on administrative, dependency, and criminal law issues. Represented children as guardian ad litem in dependency court. Litigated cases including preparing and responding to discovery requests, conducting document review, reviewing and analyzing data, working with expert witnesses, preparing witnesses for and conducting depositions, and drafting court filings. Counseled clients on complex legal issues and provided innovative and highly effective guidance on possible courses of action. Expertly prepared complex, high profile, and persuasive legal documents on complex legal issues for a variety of internal and external recipients. Negotiated settlements in Federal civil and criminal cases including Section 1983 actions and white-collar cyber-security matters.

 Represented clients in jury trials with successful verdicts for clients charged with Aggravated Assault, Indecent Exposure, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Aggravated Assault of a Child, and other felony and misdemeanor offenses. Litigated appeals in all of Pennsylvania’s appellate courts and secured reversals in several dependency and criminal cases. Served as guardian ad litem for over one hundred children in dependency and Orphans’ Court proceedings. Represented children as legal counsel in delinquency trials and dependency hearings.  Represented hundreds of parents in dependency proceedings from adjudication through case closure or termination of parental rights, including appeals to the Superior Court, with successful reversals in several cases. Supervised associate attorneys and administrative staff on a daily basis and provided training to same on the Rules of Professional Conduct.

I complete various projects for the Editor-In-Chief to promote JURIST and add new functionality to the site. This includes creating a JURIST presence on popular social websites such as Facebook, Digg and Twitter. Furthermore, I coordinate members of the staff to promote JURIST content on other sites on the Internet.
