Engineering is more than a career for me; it’s an adventure that affects the way that I see the world, and it’s an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of society. I am an enthusiastic self-motivated strategist, passionate about team collaboration and designing solutions by thinking outside of the box. I value working with professionals of different technical training backgrounds and skill sets, as it challenges me to think beyond my scope of understanding and ability, and helps me grow as an individual. Within a team setting, I believe I naturally play a leadership role by bringing a team together around a common goal, providing guidance for team members, and organizing assets and products in such a way that my team is equipped to produce top quality results. In my current role at DEA Inc., I collaborate with a team of civil engineers in land development markets such as multi family, institutional / academic, and commercial. I have experience in civil engineering land development including: grading and drainage site design; ADA compliant designs; storm drain, sewer and water system design; water quality and erosion control. My experience in conducting analysis and writing reports includes; WQMPs, SQUIMPs, SUSMPs, SWPPPs, Hydrology and Hydraulic analysis.I am a constant learner eager to expand my knowledge base and implement my exposure to the creativity of different cultures into my work.
