Software Engineering InternPaypal May 2023 - Aug 2023San Jose, Ca, UsI was the 1st prize winner in the Global FPX hackathon of over 40 teams for merchant plugin marketplace in React. I Interviewed EVP & CTO, Sri Shivendra, for the company-wide Executive Speaker Series on emerging technologies. I migrated the In-App Browser (IAB), which was 30,000+ lines of code, from Honey to PayPal and redesigned the dependency graph. Finally, I created an IAB menu with features to share deals via deep link, copy coupons, and view cashback offerings involving the creation of new API endpoints, IAB architecture, and 8 new views in the Android app live to over 100+ million users.

I refactored and developed tests for 6 view presenters reducing repeated code and increasing reliability. The A/B test altered UX to reduce user friction in checkout flow from product page through in-app-browser that positively impacted conversions and revenue.

Founder And CeoFaxx Sep 2020 - Jun 2022Berkeley, Ca, UsFaxx is the latest development in the anonymous messaging space that leverages current social graphs to help users connect on a deeper level with existing social media friends. Faxx was the 2021 recipient of the Haas seed fund and is an active member of SkyDeck's Hotdesk Accelerator. I hired and managed a team of six dedicated developers and executives from over 100 candidates. I designed a 20 screen interactive UI/UX prototype in Figma and implemented front-end project architecture in Swift. I also built the initial firebase database and oversaw migration to AWS-hosted SQL servers and Node.js API. Most importantly, I was in charge of curating and presenting our pitch strategy securing over $50,000 in combined investment and credits as well as entrance into Skydeck’s Batch 12 Hot Desk cohort. -
