Working with the Data Science product management organization we worked to recruit and train a diverse team and get them up to speed and productive on the Jam City data platform. I helped build and deploy several optimization models which drove significant increases in time spent in app, revenue and retention across five titles. Additionally I build and deployed multiple clustering solutions designed to quantify and segment players based on in game skill.

Jam City's first North American Data Scientist. I helped create Jam City's AB testing infrastructure, migrating from simple frequentist testing on two variables to Bayesian Hierarchical models with informed priors on 30 variables across over 15 titles. Developed both the models and the deployment infrastructure to scale inference. Additionally collaborated with product managers and analysts to visualize the results creating one of the top 10 most viewed dashboards at Jam City for five years running.Additionally I helped migrate Jam City from Teradata to Spark and provided support for the game design the consumer insights teams. This included level analysis models for identifying the fixing underperforming segments of a game, predictive modeling of payer propensity and churn and a series of Lunch and Learn talks to increase the overall statistical literacy of the product organization.
