Conducted Process Improvement Bench trials and onsite Beta Assessments. Conducted System Assessments for equipment failure, loss of efficiency, and loss of compliance. Assisted the Division Director in customer complaints and customer resolutions.

Assisted in the Start-up of a Bleach dilution facility. Tailored processing instructions to optimize railcar offloading of concentrated products. Reviewed and revised analytical procedures as well as quality testing frequencies. Designed and renovated the laboratory facility to be able to properly support manufacturing processes. Analyze and review analysis data pertaining to inbound chemical deliveries and outbound chemical shipments.

Day to day Operation of a Multi-Million dollar Chlor-alkali Bleach Manufacturing Facility. Coordinated Tractor Trailer assignments for routine preventative maintenance and unexpected repairs. Coordinated offload of delivered consumable materials and loading of deliverable products.

- Oversee the proper analysis and maintenance of process solutions.- Assess new process chemistry for practicality of implementation.- Format and design electronic information storage systems for the proper record keeping for the analysis of process solutions solutions.- Implement new instrumental analytical testing methods.- Train new employees in current EPA and DOT HazMat regulations.- Implementation of GHS standards.

- Ensure that all of the solutions used is surface treatment of metals meet or exceed all military, government, and aerospace specifications. - Operate a waste water pretreatment facility. To include periodic maintenance and implementation of new equipment.- Develop experimental chemical solutions for process development and formulate new solutions to aid in surface treatments of metals.

Assist in the analytical testing of process solutions, operation of the waste water pretreatment system, and the analysis of test specimen per military and aerospace specifications.
