As a Business Analyst, my role is all about developing technical solutions to business problems which begins with defining, analysing and documenting requirements. I then manage these requirements at the project level to help fulfil business needs.Specifically at Resolve Finance, I am involved with a number of projects that all revolve around enhancing customer and stakeholder engagement, developing existing processes and building solutions to reporting and management requirements.

Full-time employed in the Head Office of Australia’s largest mortgage aggregator in the city of Perth. Duties included answering calls from clients and processing any queries or requests direct from the client or mortgage broker. My specific role was to process mortgage discharges in which the client would be selling their property or refinancing their loan to another provider. It was my responsibility to see the process through from the initial advice from the client or broker to the settlement of the discharge. I would be arranging the signing and returning of discharge documents from the client and in the case of a refinance I would attempt to retain the client by liaising with the lender and/or the clients broker to make an arrangement where possible. I would be instructing the company’s solicitors in regards to the discharge so that security packets and land titles can be exchanged between parties and also requesting the necessary fees for the company to be collected on settlement. In some cases, the client would only be discharging one property and I would then have to go through the process of calculating End Debt and obtaining approvals from the lender. It would also be my responsibility to post out finalising letters and statements to clients once the discharge process has been completed while maintaining compliance throughout the entire process. During my short time with AFG Home Loans, I was awarded the Monthly Manager Award three months in a row and was also awarded the Quarterly Bravo Award for my outstanding customer service and commitment to the company.

Full-time employed in a busy Grade 1 Branch in the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Duties included dealing with customer’s bank transactions and queries with accounts, dealing with customer complaints and relaying feedback to management, balancing cashier tills and managing cash levels in the branch, completing all day-to-day administration of the branch and organising branch files and account opening forms.
