My two years spent with MQA consisted of hundreds of volunteer hours spent each year studying the Missouri Quality Award Criteria, reviewing applications and visiting Missouri companies. The Missouri Quality Award is the state-level award for excellence, modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program.
