(January 2015 – Present)Company: FarmRight Ltd – Investment Management Company in Dairy Sector.Industry: Agriculture.People: 300+ staff across 60+ Dairy Farms throughout New Zealand.Responsibilities: People Policies and process; Employment Relations; Employee Engagement; Health & Safety; Management training and development; Recruitment.Reporting directly to the CEO and working as a member of the Executive Team the FarmRight Human Resource Manager leads and manages all aspects relating to Human Resources and Health & Safety. The role embodies responsibility on both sides of the business: the FarmRight Staff and the FarmRight Farm Staff.The FarmRight HR Manager leads by owning current, and establishing new ways of working through HR related responsibilities, and subsequently offers guidance, coaching and support to Farm Investment Managers, Farm Managers, and Farm Staff. While the farm’s leadership teams are responsible for day to day HR related aspects of the business, they operate under the direction and support of the HR Manager.
