CtoMetacommunications Oct 2017 - Oct 2018Fully Remote, UsLed an initiative within the company to create a new product suite and technology platform in the context of a new brand launch. After one year of development, the new flagship brand (Workgroups Mfactor) was launched at Adobe Max in LA in October of 2018. This effort involved driving extensive change across the organization that included restructuring the professional services department, restructuring the engineering department, launching a product design discipline, launching a product management discipline, launching a revised agile project management framework, and forming cross-functional teams within the organization to support this effort. The end result was made possible by building strong connections within the organization to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, product, engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales. In addition to a successful product and brand launch, this effort concluded with promotion of an internal resource to CTO and hand off of a long term roadmap to a variety of newly recruited and trained internal resources. -
