We were setting up, managing, troubleshooting and repairing their networks, workstations and servers. Along with virtual private networks, VoIP, CCTV systems, and even an apple computer or two.

I started this job while living in Boone, NC and attending ASU for a degree in Computer Science. I was over a video production studio that produced videos for educational conferences, along with the weekly school news. During that time we produced a national sales video for Glencoe McGraw-Hill. I also setup computer learning labs in which “young scholars” would have hand-on activates such as taking apart a computer and identifying all parts. I also so helped to fix computer and network problems around the school.
