With over 10 years of experience in supply chain management, I am a Global Planning Lead at 3M, a world leader in innovation and manufacturing. I hold a CPIM certification and a bachelor's degree in supply chain management from Iowa State University.In my current role, I manage the global inventory and planning for the specialty fluids operations supporting the semiconductor, automotive, defense and medical industries. I supervise a team of area supply planners and demand planners, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency. I am passionate about delivering value to our customers and shareholders by driving down backorders, reducing costs, and improving service levels. I have successfully implemented process improvements, value stream mapping, and lean principles to optimize the global supply network and inventory performance.
