In college, I focused on application design and development.During my career I have worked primary in end user computing, ensuring that the services provided are delivered to end users, helping them to be more effective in their roles. Leadership has been an active part of my career for some time, and I have been privileged to lead many successful and passionate teams. I'm certified in ITIL v3 2011 with Service Design, Service Transition and Continual Service Improvement.
