--Designing, building, testing and selling the Stingray, an in-situ net washer for aquaculture in development.--Development of projects have included the design of gearboxes, BLDC motor control system configuration, Mitsubishi F-Series PLC programming, Ackerman 4-wheel steering, plastic injection mold manufacturing, die tool machining, FEA, and draftsmanship for manufacturing and assembly.--Prototyping designs for various marine and marine fishing applications including a dredge tow cameras, level-wind cable spools, propellers, and electric reel mounts.--Improving manufacturing, assembly, and documentation processes and tools in the production of the S-1200 electric fishing reel. With the aid and cooperation of my colleagues, production has increased 400% during regular operation.--Documenting the development of all projects, with a focus on transparency and easy maintenance.--Presenting research of technology, science, and manufacturing processes to superiors and colleagues, for potential use and edification.

--Guided, supervised, and graded educational controls systems labs to 18 students and taught relevant engineering concepts during lab and during office hours.

--Evaluated and proposed designs for an improved biomass cook-stove against similar product performances and current combustion science on behalf of Gustav Innovations and the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology.--Consulted on the performance and modifications of a Volvo B20-B engine modified to run on biomass gas and petroleum. The engine was running within 2 weeks.

--Collaborated with the shop supervisor and set designer to design and construct two major sets over 6 weeks and smaller sets & props, including a manually operated snow machine 30 feet in length.--Orchestrated the construction of a set for student-run theater group, Hoof 'n'​ Horn, within 2 weeks by inexperienced cast members; asked to return the next semester by Hoof ‘n' Horn for exceeding expectations.

--Designed and executed a 10,000 square foot floor redesign to accommodate collection growth. Screened, hired and trained 2 community volunteers to help implement the plan as a full-time intern.--Streamlined the office's database search, title purchase and title removal processes. The department was able to finish projects 2 weeks ahead of schedule, even with a reduced budget for the fiscal quarter.
