Global Vendor Management/Contract Negotiations: • Manage large vendor contracts through major suppliers e.g. SalesForce.com, BMC, Cisco, VMWare, EMC. • Advise business executives on vendor relationships and contract terms.• Establish meeting meeting cadences, plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Councils with Tier 1 suppliers.• Negotiate new purchase agreements with new and existing vendors while driving for the best value Dell can find from each opportunity.

Global Vendor Management/Contract Negotiations: • Manage vendor agreement process for Applied Materials GIS division. • Negotiate business terms and conditions for new statements of work with new and existing vendors.• Negotiate domestic and international rate card agreements. Vendor Performance Management:• Oversight of vendor performance monitoring and statistics including service level plans.• Work with managers to develop systems for resource performance monitoring and reporting.Global Resource Management: • Manage 50 vendors participating in our Applied Materials program. Manage a vendor program support staff of 10.• Manage the Applied Materials GIS fulfillment lifecycle by instituting best practices to develop vendor relationships capable of sourcing top quality contractor support for Applied.• Oversee fulfillment activity in multiple countries including US, India, Singapore, Europe, China, Korea.Vendor Expenditure Management:• Developed a blanket statement of work agreement for large volume vendors, reducing the contracting lifecycle while providing accurate forecasts for Senior Executives.Client Engagement:• Build and present business proposals and performance reviews to C-Level management.• Identify opportunities for new business within the client and make contacts to present solutions.Requests for Proposals:• Recommend and develop evaluation criteria for RFPs issued for all types of service demands, including Managed Services Support, Infrastructure Services and Application Development.

• Recruit and negotiate contracts with vendors and independent contractors for operational and technical opportunities.• Source for contractors in Austin, Atlanta and Ft. Lauderdale.• Manage the onboarding process for new contractors and work through internal paperwork.• Coordinate with Human Resources to present offers to candidates on conversion from contract to full time.• Create new tracking systems for contractors and detail the contract onboarding process.• Serve the needs of internal clients by assessing project requirements and coordinating with Department leads to ensure quality staffing of all projects.• Create and use Legal Portal to interact with our legal department in creating new contracts for subcontractors and vendors.• Utilized Oracle, Legal Portal, Outlook, Access and RMS (resource management system).
