Josh Carter, PE is a Coastal and Hydraulic Engineer and Principal at Coast & Harbor Engineering. I have professional experience in the planning analysis and design of coastal, hydraulic and marine engineering projects in the US and overseas. My work leads to planning, analysis and design of coastal structures such as breakwaters, groins, revetments, living shorelines; beach/dune nourishment and marsh creation; and navigation channels and terminal facilities. I have been fortunate to deliver coastal and marine projects across the world ranging from small-scale restoration works to leading coastal and marine engineering on megaprojects.
