-Ensure client satisfaction at all levels of business to several key clients-Maintain positive and professional relationships with Senior Managers-Frequent presentations to clients on overall campaign status-Develop proposals for new initiatives -Closely manage client budgets via real time data analysis and reporting on key performance indicators

-Provide pre-exam instruction to test writers-Verify student identification-Take student attendance-Provide exam results to students and make advisory referrals

-Conduct company and industry analysis and formally present findings to the Executive team and Board of Directors-Utilize a fixed bankroll to actively trade and place wagers on the BetFair Exchange, based on fundamental and technical wagering analysis, alongside specific trading techniques such as greenbooking (i.e. hedging), scalping and stop-loss orders -Backtest prospective wagering strategies across several years of past results and make appropriate adjustments in order to evaluate future revenues and longevity of the strategy in the current betting environment -Provide support in the creation and active management of macros, algorithms and statistical databases-Implement various money management systems such as the Martingale System, Kelly Criterion and Fixed Bankroll as a means of practicing due diligence and sound risk management polices

-Use applications such as Excel spreadsheets to compose financial documents including Leasing Checklists, Total Consideration Forms and Rent Pay Sheets in order to record the breakdown of rental payments as well as tax and operating cost escalations-Create Leasing contracts such as Lease Agreements, License Agreements, Sub-Agreement forms, Renewals and Amendments to bind various contractual accords between a Lessor and a Lessee-Conduct research by retrieving leasing and letting files from the Records Department for the purposes of amending obsolete agreement clauses, updating other departments on leasing activities and providing precedence on future negotiations -Negotiate and liaise with landlords by using persuasive skills and financial knowledge of real estate markets to negotiate fair and reasonable rental rates on behalf of PWGSC clients

-Compose work effort and cost estimates for Technology changes in order for the Company to provide pricing estimates to clients-Record and update the status of estimates on Symcor’s internal Sharepoint site for the purpose of keeping all relevant parties informed and aware of new changes -Formulate and conceptualize new estimation models within Excel spreadsheets for areas of the organization that are not yet centralized so as to standardize and improve Symcor’s estimation process-Collaborate technical information from various subject matter experts by contacting them daily via e-mail, instant messaging, face-to-face conversations and formal meetings -Chair meetings and deliver presentations pertaining to key documentation and deliverables required by the Company’s project managers to follow the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
