Functions as a coordinator in Visayas Cluster 2 (Regions 7 and 8) for digitalPH/e-Innovation program of the Department of Information and Communications Technology under the ICT Industry Development Bureau, bringing government services dedicated for countryside development. A brainchild of the e-Innovation group, digitalPH is a mother program designed to encourage innovation in the field of digital and multimedia technologies and services, especially in the countryside. Under the umbrella of digitalPH are four specific initiatives, namely, Stepping Up the Value Chain, Rural Impact Sourcing (RIS) Technical Training, seedPH, and Digital Cities (formerly Next Wave Cities), which all play a crucial role in ensuring the country’s growth and competitiveness as a thriving digital economy. The job function entails technical assistance, planning, implementing, preparing preliminary and post-event documents, administrative assisting, executing programs and projects, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating IT services, programs, and projects under the digitalPH hood.

Provided computer hardware and software troubleshooting and basic networking, systems administration, information security, and technical solutions to the company’s site in Dumaguete, with about 2000 computers managed. The work also includes clerical and office functions. Thecompany is a data science and technology company with sites in six countries, employing about 20,000 workers in all, focused in business process outsourcing.

Provided full-time academic teaching to college students focusing on IT-related subjects. The school, situated in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, is a Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Center of Development in IT Education for a couple of years already. Aside from teaching, various posts have been catered, such as in marketing and school campaigns, school paper adviser, school news writer/correspondent for local newspapers, and Executive Secretary of the External and Student Affairs wing.
