Project Coordinator

This Role Involves me coordinating the projects and jobs for our on site engineers who fix and maintain telecommunications equipment countrywide for providers such as EE, Vodafone, BT and O2. I complete all the administration work necessary so that the engineers go out to site. This includes preparing site permits on the company’s permit portal database and also cancelling them if a job falls through. I am also responsible for ensuring the engineers have their daily job schedules and plans including any health and safety risks they should be aware of by logging on an excel spreadsheet. I am also the first line of telephone support should our engineers have any queries whilst out at each site. My role is every changing and time critical, all information must be kept updated so that the engineers can carry out their jobs effectively.
