During my 12-year tenure at ETF Capital Management, I dedicated the last two years to Managing the Portfolio Management team for a newly established partner platform known as Q Wealth Partners. In this role, I served as the leader of an exceptional team consisting of Portfolio Managers (Advising Representatives) and Associate Portfolio Managers (Associate Advising Representatives). Together, we provided service to approximately 2000 households, managing a total partnership AUM of approximately 2.5 Billion.My primary responsibilities included team management, the creation of portfolios for partner firms, customization of portfolios for specific High Net Worth (HNW) clients, conducting sales meetings with HNW clients, actively participating in the development and maintenance of our private pooled funds, and overseeing all registerable activities for the firm. This encompassed client mandate selection, rebalancing, and trading activities. I collaborated closely with our compliance department to establish and enforce policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in creating policies, procedures, and training programs for all registerable activities. Our investment platform utilized private pooled funds to make pension-style portfolios accessible to all clients. These portfolios featured diverse exposures, including Private Debt, Private Equity, Options Protection and Income Generation, Currency, Commodity, Equity, and Fixed Income portfolios. This comprehensive approach allowed us to offer a broad spectrum of investment opportunities to our clients.
