I am a self-employed Virtual Assistant (VA). With a BA Hons Degree in Creative writing, I specialise in content writing for websites, blogs, publications etc. and proof reading. This said, I am also skilled in general administration, website updates/design and social media. I have great communication skills, and I have a background of design experience. I also run a coffee supply business with my husband, called Mini & Mighty Ltd. We are a wholesale coffee supplier within the hospitality industry plus retail coffee through our online shop.We also supply coffee machines and grinders, both commercial and domestic, plus training, servicing and maintenance. I am a mum of two, and have been married since 2002. I first decided to become a Virtual Assistant in 2018 when trying to find a good work/family life balance. Businesses are constantly changing and with so much now being available online, the perks of using a Virtual Assistant sometimes outweigh the costs of overheads when taking on a permanent, or even temporary, member of staff. I am very organised, and have a broad spectrum of experience working with all different types of businesses. A Language School, Accountancy firm, Swimming Coach, Therapists, Website designers.I also have a number of associate VA’s who I can rely on when I am at capacity.
