Discipline Resource Management- Manage day to day resource requests for assigned discipline; flagging issues to the Operations Lead - Participate in resourcing meetings and conversations- Provide informed casting suggestions based on a complete understanding of resource skill sets Freelance Recruiting - Manage freelance & vendor contracts and relationships- Monitor freelance timesheet/invoice submission and approvals- Manage full service recruiting desk when freelance needs arise - Utilize ATS ensuring all appropriate feedback and documentation is captured; Collect and file candidates NDAs in ATSMaintaining Project Management Software- Create new hire profiles; assigning appropriate internal codes for full time hires - Deactivate terminated employees- Transfer employees amongst org codes when required - Maintain ghost roles; ensure ghosts reflect with latest title structure - Assist with entering new biz allocations
