My career began in Behavioral Sciences focusing on individual change. I became aware of the limitations of working individual change without incorporating systemic change. I decided to tackle both and began working with business leaders as well as the systems, structures, and industries they lead. My track record rests on an M.S. in Organization Development and M.A. in Counseling Psychology. At work and beyond I bring the future to life. I love the intersection of strategy and behavior to leverage a specific outcome. Highlights include: • Worked back from thousands of middle manager customers to build a team effectiveness model with top 15 manager use cases, self-/ 360-assessment mapped to model factors, and scaleable self serve technology-pilot received 89% CSAT. • Led multi year targeted culture transformation achieving 98% CSAT and 98% commitment to behavior change. Yr1 work had a blast radius of thousands. Yr2 focused on addressing 31% business hotspots, reaching thousands. Yr3 built on successes and repurposed work on behalf of external customers. YoY solution improvements include embedding transformation in rhythm of business and flow of work versus separate from it.• Lead org designer for multiple hyper-growth businesses in discontinuous industries such as Gen AI tech where strategy evolves monthly and design is fluid. • As a Sr. Consultant delivered 111 projects generating strategy, org design, talent management, culture, and executive success solutions; including implementation. Projects spanned multiple industries with some engagement and client relationships lasting multiple years. Proven track record of leading multiple client relationships and work streams simultaneously - at one point maxing out at various roles across 13 work streams in one client system. • Work both domestic (85%) and international (15%) to envision, articulate, and realize their needed future state. Successful transformation, for individuals and organizations, is uniquely customized and grounded in proven methodologies. Aside from work, I enjoy my family, extreme sports, outdoor adventures, volunteering, and have co-authored two publications.Contact info: 206-412-2664 or joshuaepperson@gmail.com SPECIALTIES: Organization Development, Change Management, Data Assessment and Analysis, Strategic Planning, Organization Design, Talent Management, Program Design and Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Team Building, Leadership, Facilitator, Relationship Management, Crisis Management, Author, Onboarding, HR, Creative Thinker, Senior Consultant

Our projects are designed to end the walk for water for women and girls. Clean, convenient water saves lives, improves health, allows girls to go to school and women to earn an income and to care for their families.Invest in people. Every poor community is rich in the most valuable resources: human intelligence and strength of spirit. Our projects thrive because they are independently owned and operated by community members themselves, and they place women in key leadership roles.Offer solutions that last. Every project we have embarked on is still in operation. We have this 100% success rate because we prepare communities to manage their own water and sanitation systems in perpetuity. -
