To date, I've gathered experience in Customer Service across a variety of industries and enjoy working with people to complete tasks, exceed expectations and leave a lasting positive impression. I've parleyed my Customer Service skills into my current financial services position where my strong work ethic and ability to work alone and in a team has seen me grow into the role quickly. In my spare time I like to be creative, be it writing, photography or podcasting. This creativity allows me to bring a fresh perspective when tackling difficult situations at work, and I believe it makes me a better employee.
