I have about 18 years of experience in the Adult Entertainment industry. I started as a floor host/security while bartending then moved into being a DJ. for 15 years I was a DJ and often Head DJ. the responsibilities of being a head DJ prepared me for a move into management full time. Being blessed with the opportunity to be the general manager of one of the hottest adult clubs in Cleveland has allowed me bring my combined years of experience together in a way that helps create a unique experience for my customers. As with any job in the service industry, hospitality has been a large focus of my development. Some of my other skills include; Inventory management, scheduling, training, ensuring compliance with state and local laws, maintaining company standards and keeping the businesses direction in line with the companies mission statement, bartending, security, DJ, driving growth through innovation and consistency, organization and projection, and many other skills related to operations/management. A lifetime love-affair with all things computer and a self-deterministic nature came together in a unique blend of self-taught skills coupled with a college degree. This makes me an asset to any employer using computers as party of their daily operations because I am aware of proper computer security procedures as well as being able to troubleshoot potential issues locally.
