Josh Gerber is the Founder and Principal Consultant at 33 North Energy LLC, an energy storage and distributed energy resources (DER) consulting firm serving utilities, independent power producers, load serving entities (Community Choice Aggregators CCA /Direct Access DA /Energy Service Provider ESP), EV manufacturers, and other organizations involved with clean energy technology.Areas of focus include energy storage, microgrids, electric vehicles (including vehicle-to-grid V2G, vehicle-to-building V2B, and vehicle-to-home V2H), distribution grid interconnections (particularly CA's Rule 21 and WDAT), and commercial project development support.Since 2017, after spending more than 15 years at San Diego Gas & Electric, Josh has consulted with large and small corporate clients on a wide variety of projects in the clean energy technology space.
