My career started as a Tennis Coach at a David Lloyd in Southampton. I set up my own coaching business aged 18 alongside and managed by first full-time coaching programme at the age of 21. I employed my first coach the same year and built a team of coaches and an administrator across multiple clubs and facilities over the next few years. Post Covid I have diversified and have--Co-founded a social enterprise, looking to enhance community impact locally across funded projects in Southampton.-Became a Franchisee at Premier Education, the number #1 provider for physical education in primary schools in the U.K. We deliver wraparound, holiday camps and PE products to local schools across Hampshire. Currently we have a team of 10 coaches, play workers and activity professionals. We are fast growing and are looking to work with more local schools in 2024.-Became Director of Business Development at National Tennis Association. Heading up all growth opportunities across the U.K.I have extensive experience in project management, business development and securing funding across multiple sources over the last 10 years. I also have a successful track record in acquiring tender applications and relationship managing with stakeholders in the sport and leisure sector.I am driven, ambitious and disciplined in my professional and personal life. In my ‘spare’ time I’m a dad, husband, tennis player who has competed for Great Britain in my age category and a marathon runner.
