This included but was not limited to; pipeline and jacket fabrication and all subsequent NDT testing procedures.- Conduct weekly offshore visits to all construction vessels and barges to ensure that the clients program of works and completion schedule is being achieved. Also ensuring that the clients requirements are being met by liaising closely with onboard client site representatives and client superintendents.- Coordinated the recruitment of 180 additional trade staff to meet newly awarded contract requirements, whilst ensuring all industry and client multidisciplinary competency requirements were met.- Identified a client resourcing issue and subsequently generated new business by negotiating additional vessel hire, whilst also helping the customer achieve production targets.- Formulated extensive crewing plans to ensure that all required technical disciplines for the construction projects were available offshore on time to satisfy the clients accelerated work program.- Developed improved communications with Saudi Aramco stakeholders resulting in enhanced relations through ability to improve vessel utilisation and reduce downtime.
