I’m an attorney whose practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense and civil litigation across the nation. In the white-collar area, I’ve represented individuals and businesses facing government investigations and indictments, as well as people who were previously found guilty. These matters have involved potential or actual charges for health care offenses (such as health care fraud, violating the Anti-Kickback Statute, or off-label promotion of prescription medications) or public corruption (such as bribing officials, defrauding federal programs, or violating campaign finance laws).
