Within 18 months of being hired, I moved into a lead worker role where I was supervising the field inspectors and over time my role has changed into more of a business analyst role where I solely work on process improvements, measurement of metrics, software needs analysis, and coordination with 3rd party implementation partners as well as serving as an SME for regulatory matters within our program.
