Responsible for providing leadership and oversight for management services at the branch level, collaborating with a 13-person management team servicing a combined portfolio of more than 80 clients. Helped to improve the branch's strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations through positive relationships with current and prospective clients and vendors.

Responsible for the operations of a large-scale homeowner's association consisting of approximately 6,500 single family, town home, and condominium units. As part of my duties, I was responsible for oversight and management of a $4.9 million annual budget and seven-person site staff. I worked closely with the Board of Directors and Committees to implement operational procedures and programs.
