Over the course of my 3 years at the University of Hull, I participated in the opportunity, on a few occations, to assist with the broadcast of BBC Introducing on BBC Radio Humberside at both the BBC building in Hull, as well as, the annual broadcast that the University of Hull hosts on behalf of the BBC.During the sessions I attended at the BBC building, I assisted in the set up, microphone placements, mixing, and pack down for the live band session. I also was able to learn the basic ins and outs on how BBC Radio Humberside operates on a day to day basis from the BBC employees themselves.During the last annual broadcast I assisted with at the University, I was in charge of the Front of house mix for Young Jack's live performance that was both broadcast and performed live in front of an audience.
