I manage the Upgrade and Retentions area at Interact CC, a partner of EE and I am accountable for the performance of over 120 people. In the last 12 months I have led a campaign through significant growth and increasing the productivity and hours delivery from 2000 hours a week to over 4000 and meeting the interval performance delivery for the client. With over 10 years operational experience managing a wide range of demands from complaints, customer service and most recently sales and retention. I am an experienced manager with wide commercial knowledge and have a proven track record for improving performance through the development of others.I have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, leading recruitment, improving compliance measures and leading people through significant change at pace.
