Over the last couple decades I've worked in engineering, technology, sales, marketing and finally recruiting. I have built and led effective technology, sales and operations teams at small and medium size businesses as well as at some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world.My passion lies in not just helping people achieve short-term goals, but helping people find the paths to making their wildest dreams come true. I love to see people succeed and hate to see people fail. We founded Wright Technical Services on the idea that talent, the right talent, can have a lasting impact on the growth and profitability of any organization. I take what I do very seriously. In fact I'm obsessive about what I do, which is ultimately working every day to match great talent with great companies, ensuring that both sides thrive as a result. Outside of work I want to be outside. I'm an avid outdoorsman and love my wife, my adult children and my dogs more than I could possibly put into words. I love live music and riding motorcycles. I haven't tasted a food I don't like and I've learned to appreciate good bourbon. I have a fascination with history, science, space, innovation, and business. I love talking with people and getting to know them. If I have a weakness its that I am interested in and curious about everything.
