•Responsible for the TS16949 management system that ensured the quality and performance of electro, powder and liquid coatings on ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts on 14 lines for over 200 customers in the automotive, agricultural, heavy truck, marine, personal recreational vehicles, general and other miscellaneous industries. The facility’s customer base primarily supplies automotive OEM’s, mainly Honda, Ford, GM, and Subaru. Other industry customers include John Deere, Volvo and Cummins.•Responsible for direct interaction with customers on quality and performance questions, issues and documentation requirements; PPAP and CQI-12 submissions, providing 8D corrective action reports or CAR entries into customer specific portals, •ISO14001 Management Representative responsible for the environmental compliance management system of the facility; overseeing the facility’s coating systems waste water treatment operations and effluent reporting, the handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid and solid wastes, and VOC emissions tracking and reporting.•Supervisor of five direct reports – Process Lab Supervisor and Quality and Process Lab Technicians•Provided guidance and direction for the floor personnel responsible for the operation of the lines and the quality of the parts coated and supplied to the customers
