I'm an ordained minister with 18+ years of full-time ministry experience in The Wesleyan Church and Missionary Church. My previous experiences include being a solo pastor of a small church for two years and assisting with its closing and nine years as an assistant pastor of a church of 225, overseeing our children's ministry, youth ministry, and adult spiritual formation. While there, our church underwent revisioning, which led us to a focus on our community and the next generation. I also served on our district's board of ministerial development, helping to see people with the call to ministry become ordained ministers in The Wesleyan Church. I am currently an associate pastor at a church of 375 with oversight in adult discipleship, mission, and our summer internship program. While here, I assisted in leading us through an interim period, taking on more of a senior leader role while working with an intentional interim pastor as needed for a year and a half (2021-22). My passions include seeing people discover who they are in Christ, investing in those who are preparing for ministry, teaching/preaching, giving spiritual direction, and working together with others on a team.
