I have been in marketing for nearly two decades after watching the movie "What Women Want" and telling myself I wanted to work in marketing.Starting at the age of 16 as a telemarketer, I managed to work up the different levels and now specialize in demand generation, content marketing, and marketing automation working with a variety of tools such as HubSpot, Wistia, PartnerStack, Pendo, Riverside, StoryLane, Google Adwords, and WebFlow.Over the years, I have been fascinated by all things marketing and technology. Even though my career started with telemarketing, trade show demonstrations, and graphic design; it quickly transitioned into web design, digital marketing, and content marketing in 2009.The reason I love digital marketing is that it is always changing.Although businesses should stay true to their brand, values, and strengths, they always have new ways of sharing their stories, values, and advice through different channels. I am continuously excited to discover and implement these new strategies in the companies I work for.Having experience with small businesses and startups as well as working for marketing agencies and Fortune 500 companies, I understand the benefits of creating processes and structure so that all members of the team can engage and collaborate and create a positive experience for customers.I truly believe that if you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go together. By working together and building off the strengths of everyone on the team, the sky truly is the limit.

Marketing ManagerLaunch Control Sep 2023 - Jun 2024Tampa, Florida, UsIn my role, I manage a team of 3 and multiple external agencies to drive a predictable pipeline for the sales team. Using HubSpot as a CRM, I built automated nurtures for each customer journey stage to systematically discover buyer intent, product consideration, closing, and onboarding.I redesigned the website to host blogs, webinars, podcasts, and other resources needed to educate buyers on text marketing and persuade them to use Launch as their solution. Using Google Adwords, social media ads, and review websites, drive awareness campaigns to capture people’s attention so they know our platform exists and how text marketing drives extremely high ROI.Collaborating with the customer success team, I assisted them in building out the infrastructure for customer onboarding so that we reduced churn and drove high LTV.I've also been working with the product team on sharing use cases for our platform, considering my background in marketing, and Launch Control being a martech solution, it's been fun sharing how I would want to use the platform and seeing that come to life.Websites: https://launchcontrol.usEnvironment: B2B, Website Design, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, HubSpot, Paid Media, LinkedIn Advertising, Google AdWords, SEMRush, Wistia, Testimonial, Figma, Marketing Automation, Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Campaign Metrics, Customer Intent, Email Nurture Programs, Brand Management & Design, Project Management, Zapier, Make, Spotify for Podcasters -
Digital Marketing MangerRed Sift Jul 2022 - Nov 2022London, England, GbI was hired to build out a demand generation system in the US to drive awareness and pipeline for the sales team. In my role, I managed our Marketo instance, SalesForce integration, and started to build out the content journey future prospects would navigate to become problem-aware of the email security options to block spam and malicious downloads, as well as why they should consider Red Sift as their service provider. This role ended because of a restructuring of the company and different priorities as they are making their push in the US market and the current market being more difficult than expected.Website: https://redsift.comEnvironment: B2B, Website Design, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Marketo, Prismic, Paid Media, LinkedIn Advertising, Google AdWords, SEMRush, Marketing Automation, Demand Generation, Lead Generation, HotJar, Frontify, Campaign Metrics, Customer Intent, Email Nurture Programs, Brand Management & Design, Project Management -
Digital Marketing SpecialistListenfirst Mar 2021 - May 2022New York, New York, UsI managed digital marketing to capture demand and pipeline. From setting up Google Adwords to integrating SalesForce with Pardot in order to create automated nurture, promotional and transactional emails, and chatbots to connect with new prospects as well as drive the next steps with the ABM target accounts. It was my job to make sure the technology was integrated and connected effectively to provide a consistent and effective experience for prospects and customers. In my role, I also created a lead scoring system for leads, qualified leads, and opportunities to ensure the right people were passed to sales at the right time. This system was fully automated via LeanData in SalesForce. After getting this process in place, we saw a 200% increase in engagement and grew pipeline from $1.2M to 3.2M.I used SEMRush to run SEO and create content that is effective at attracting new buyers and walk them through the buyer’s journey of educating them not only on what social media analytics are but also how our tool can help them grow their followers, engagement, find influencers and increases sales using social media. Building out this additional content, prospect traffic increased by 40% and download conversions by 60%.My role with ListenFirst was a lot of fun, myself and the VP accomplished a lot in a very short period of time but upon his leaving, I left a few weeks later. Senior Marketing Specialist & Salesforce AdministratorSparefoot Jun 2015 - May 2017Austin, Tx, UsI managed the technical and strategic side of digital marketing at SiteLink now SpareFoot. From setting up Google Adwords to integrating SalesForce with Pardot in order to create automated email nurtures, it was my job to make sure all our technology was integrated and connected effectively.I redesigned the SiteLink website to make sure that our customers have a great experience when interacting with our brand online. After adding over 300 pages to the website via webinars, blogs, product pages with specific pages for software features, and enhancing search engine optimization and structure, after launching the new website, SiteLink saw a 75% increase in online leads after just the first 4 months of being live; 9 months later was up 193%.Using Pardot, I designed email nurtures to help customers walk through the buyer's journey and learn about the capabilities of the software. We had a number of nurtures anywhere from someone just starting to talk to us to post-sales onboarding and if the sale didn't close. My role at SiteLink was a lot of fun, but being privately held and wanting to look for ways to expand and take on larger responsibilities I left SiteLink, a year later they were acquired by SpareFoot and consolidated with a handful of other software in the space.Website: http://sitelink.comEnvironment: Leadership, Innovation, Strategy Implementation, Product Marketing, Project Management, Website Design & Development, WordPress, SalesForce, Marketing Automation, Pardot, Social Media, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click Advertising, Video Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Consulting, and Brand Identity -
Growth MarketerMarketplace Foundations May 2014 - May 2015Durham, Nc, UsI assisted business owners in generating leads that can fuel their investments and take their businesses to the next level by building out buyers' personas, and content marketing along the buyer's journey to educate customers problems about the possible solutions and the business's product/service to drive qualified leads to the sales team. Afterward, I created a process to automate as much of this process as possible with marketing automation and customer lead funnels. My role with Marketplace Foundations was an amazing journey of personally discovering the world of entrepreneurship and learning experiences but due to me being the marketer, sales, customer support, and executor of the work, I ended up burning myself out. The best golden nugget I learned was, to figure out your process and systems and then hire and delegate work so that you're only focusing on what you're best at. The reason Amazon is able to employ so many people is because of the management systems that they have in place.Website: http://marketplacefoundations.comEnvironment: Leadership, Innovation, Strategy Implementation, Project Management, HubSpot, Pardot, Web Design & Development, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click Advertising, Video Marketing, Content Marketing, Storytelling, Marketing Consulting -
