The Senior Career Advisor actively engages with the student population for assigned programs assisting in employment concerns during school, leading training and development for upcoming graduates as they begin their search for post-graduate, full time employment, and continual advisement for graduates still working through their job searches. At MMI, this entails overseeing a small team of Advisors and assisting them where needed to ensure compliance within UTI policies, and those put forth by external accrediting agencies including ACCSC, Department of Education, and the state of Florida. Coaching for the team includes auditing work done for upcoming graduates, observations of interactions and presentations, and assistance during busy times of year with student engagement. The Senior Advisor also keeps their own defined cohort of students as well, and is expected to maintain high performance levels within the department for that cohort while assisting elsewhere.

As the Employment Services Supervisor, I am responsible for the daily operations of the Employment team. As Employment Specialists, we are responsible for assisting students to find employment both during school and once they graduate in order to sustain themselves through school, and then use their education after. Outcomes are continually tracked on a weekly or daily basis, depending on the business need, with progress year over year and accreditation benchmarks used as barometers for success. Compliance is also tracked throughout these goals and daily interactions in order to stay in line with both accreditation standards as well as state, VA, and Department of Education requirements. Continual follow-ups from the Employment Specialists ensures the best results for our students. Observations are conducted within student interactions, presentations, and system usage to ensure timely progress is made for each student, follow up is conducted as intended, and outcomes keep moving in positive directions. The goal of the Employment Supervisor is not only outcomes, but helping the team stay focused on the fact that every name or number on a report is a full life, a family, a career, or someone else equally as important as the last, and that our work changes lives. Meeting goals is the objective, but the purpose matters even more.

The Future Financial Aid Advisor helps students from initial enrollment until the first phase of class is through. It is their job to help guide students to secure funding for school while complying with all state and federal regulations.

Future Student Coordinator is the connection between students inquiring about school with Admissions, and completion of all required documentation before starting school. FSC's are required to work with students from enrollment until their first class is complete, and make sure that they have a successful plan in place to transition from home into a post-secondary school, including moving, living expenses, obtaining/transferring employment, transportation plans or needs for the city, and overall plan for success.

I am a customer service representative at Blockbuster Video which entails restocking movies, checking out customers, maintaining inventory, and dealing with customers from both behind the register and out on the floor. I build a relationship with customers by helping them with recommendations on films for them and their friends or families, and clearing up problems with their accounts.

This is a family business, and I am in charge of the Sales and Marketing of the business. I decide how each item is displayed and what to price each item at, and whether the items will be an item to be put into auction or as a set price listing. Each item gets consideration on what marketing actions would be worthy of the price the item should bring on the market, and I try to make sure that our marketing efforts aren't wasted on unworthy items or that we don't market high-value items enough. Getting the right people to see our products is the most important part of putting that product onto the market.

New Hope for Kids mission is to support children and families grieving the death of a loved one and to grant wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses in Central Florida.

I came in as a salesman and became a shift manager, with authority over all aspects of the job, such as deciding if credits or discounts should be given, tracking inventory for repurchases, reorganizing the inventory to inventory to maximize sales, and opening and closing the store.

I worked in the Snack Shack as a cashier and cook (dependent on the shift) and worked up to shift leader where my responsibilities including maintaining inventory and closing the shift at night and opening the shift in the mornings.
