My initial goals were to expand and re-develop the market awareness and brand of Principal People.Lots of time spent learning the world of environmental management, along with health and safety and quality.

Safety4Good was established in collaboration with likeminded leaders of health and safety, to not only raise the positive profile of the profession, but to contribute to the improvement of the individuals who work within it.I designed, launched and ran our hugely successful Future Leaders programme, the only group focused mentoring programme within the industry where a structured application and matching process enables both mentee and mentor to benefit significantly. This culminated in over 100 aspiring leaders and 25 Executive Coaches completing a 6 month programme, with many continuing for years beyond that.
