We started in the earlier phase where it was a challenge to analyze CGH data on 32 bit machine with 2GB RAM. My focus was to design and develop highly configurable workflow engine that can accommodate ever changing data analysis needs. One of my major responsibility was to redesign algorithms to make it highly efficient in terms of memory and performance. We reinvented the data analysis pipelines several times with changing technologies. I also managed a big team of engineers in this role.
