In my previous position at Chesapeake Irrigation & Lighting, I managed an office of 18 personnel, including office staff, sales staff, and field agents. My work also brought me into close contact with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders as I supported company growth by delivering new residential and commercial business. I carefully analyzed client specifications to deliver estimates, and in time I developed an estimation program that increased profit margins and boosted sales.I moved our office to an improved JIT inventory management system, and I also improved our cash flow and buying power by renegotiating terms for wholesale supplies. During this time I also managed the conversion of customer files to digital formats and implemented an employee incentive program to boost profitability.

At Complete Industries, I managed sales, growth, and budgeting for an office with 16 employees and a $1.4 million budget. This included billing and collections associated with accounts payable and receivable. I also worked with office administrators to coordinate proactive account communications for 150 commercial clients and 600 residential customers.As a Division Manager, I also trained new and current employees and developed new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

At Aquarius Supply, I created conceptual and solutions-grounded CAD designs according to established specifications and parameters. I also developed the associated documentation covering material installation, specification, and maintenance.To promote sales and build a loyal customer base, I conducted seminars and trainings to explain industry-related business development. This included presentations at trade shows and other events, for which I also managed travel and other logistics for the company sales force.

At The Brickman Group, I developed strong business relationships, generating new contracts and managing existing projects. I consistently aligned my business priorities with clients’ goals as I managed a team of ten direct reports.

My first experience as the owner of a small design and installation company. I sold, installed, and maintained residential and small-scale commercial projects. In my capacity as a manager, I worked with both temporary and union labor forces to complete a range of contracted projects within established timelines and budgets.
