Delivery Manager and PTL for Pune location and managing clients from AMER region. Managing one of the platinum account and introduced in the account from the time of SOW signing process and manage account from transition state to steady state operation. Along with managing clients, my other responsibilities includes resource management & hiring, managing IMS practice under direction of IMS practice head, participating in RFP response, member of quality and delivery excellence team and contributing to redefine and build new processes for managing infrastructure accounts.

Worked as Account Delivery Manager and managed 8 accounts from AMER & APAC regions and approx. 10 million US dollar portfolio.Managed 8 account with project teams (approx. 200+ direct/indirect reportees) in improving process components, managing each project team while initiating project planning, executing, and controlling on-going projects.Conducting daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings with CIO/CTO/CEO and other stake holders.Preparing reports agreed on the SOW and presenting to clients.Provided ongoing project analysis, mitigated “scope creep,” communicated project status, and identified and resolving project issues and constraint.Be SPOC for all accounts to handle customer escalation and if required escalating operational issues to senior management to seek guidance.Demonstrating outstanding leadership and good project management skills, consistently delivering efficient service delivery to customers from project initiation, monitoring, and on-going phases. Taking initiatives for building innovative team and cross-functional project management techniques to expedite workflow, simplify processes, and reduce operational escalations. Performing extensive technical reviews for prospective projects, coordinating with various teams and providing support for documentation for RFP response to prospective customers. Performing revenue recognition every month for all accounts and coordinate with Finance and invoicing team for invoicing to customer.Making sure that all account and contract details are up to date. Carrying out quarterly billing checks and inventory audits. Coordinating with internal team and client for all outstanding debts to be collected within due time periods set.
