a) Handling US IT Recruitment for their client.b) Using DICE, Corp-Corp and Monster for best match.c) Using posting feature of portals, also making posting on free portals.d) Understanding of 1099, C2C, w2.e) Maintaining professional relations with employers.f) Screening resumes, finding the best match with valid (Citizen, GC, EAD, H1 and L1) US work authorization,g) Prescreen candidates with detailed phone screens, evaluating candidates’ compatibility with specific job requirements, ensuring a right fit prior to submission to client. h) Established and maintained professional relationships with candidates.i) Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers and closing candidates.j) Signing of contracts with the consultants and vendors: Master Agreement, Non-compete, Non-solicitation, Exclusivity, reference and background checks, liaison with accounts department.

a) Participate in all phases of the entire lifecycle of Recruitment from understanding Job Requirement, posting jobs on-line on jobsites and screening them technically.b) Responsible for short listing candidates through sources like job portals, databanks and networking, conducting preliminary interviews, sending quality profiles that match the requirements and obtaining accurate feedback from the clients regarding short listed and/ or interviewed candidates and all related activities till joining of the candidate.c) Communicating with candidates at all the stages (building relationships) - pre interview, post interview and post offer.d) Involved in full cycle Recruitment like sourcing, identifying, screening, interview scheduling.e) Sourcing and Screening profiles to suit the client requirements. f) Responsible for short-listing suitable candidates for the Requirements.g) Speaking to the consultants and employers about skills and other aspirations.h) Co-ordinate with the candidates through email/phone for further details.i) Maintain good relationships with employers and candidates.j) Posting requirements in different job portals to attract skilled resumes. k) Recruiting C2C, W2 consultants for various clients. l) Responsible for seeking and placing candidates in all technologies such as Oracle, .NET, Java/J2EE, BA/QA and etc. m) Prepare resume, submission of consultant to client, track information, prepare candidate for interview and coordinate interview details. n) Create, manage and maintain a recruitment and consultant database.o) Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
