Inflow Systems is an IT company that sells, services, and maintains IT networks, Voice over IP phone systems, and does software development. My role was mainly in sales. We opened the Boise, ID office and I also did marketing, market development, training, helped with installations, etc.

This was my start in the telecommunications industry after working at Document Solutions (Xerox partner). I started on the Norstar 616 / 824 series, then the Compact ICS and Modular ICS. We then became a Comdial dealer and that was my mainstay for several years. At that point we started growing and doing larger key systems and PBX systems. That lead to multi-site customers and networking via T1 integration. Accolade then became an Avaya dealer for a few years and after that didn't work, we settled in on the ShoreTel product and that was my start at Voice over IP integration and design.

Document Solutions Inc was a Xerox partner/reseller. My first "real" job out of college. Great company to start my sales career in. Lots of good sales training, lots of hard work, but worth it in the end.
