About Josh Jensen

After 20+ years in retail as a top performing manager, I made a transition to Training and Development in Banking. Currently I use my experience developing high performing teams and processes to add value to Security State Bank & Trust. Since transitioning I have been promoted 3 times to become an AVP Training Manager and made many contributions on various high profile bank projects especially those which were technology driven.
