Joshua T. Keltner is a litigation attorney with Sweetbaum Sands Anderson PC. His practice focuses on civil, commercial, and real estate related litigation. Mr. Keltner also has extensive experience in construction-related claims and collections, including mechanics liens and verified claims. Mr. Keltner has represented clients in both Colorado State and Federal Court and has experience in all stages of litigation from initial investigation through discovery, trial, and appeal. Mr. Keltner was recently awarded the George Holley Young Lawyer Award from the 1st Judicial District Bar Association in recognition of his activities with the Bar, the community and in the practice of law.Before joining practicing law full-time, Josh helped start a management business that now provides executive services to trade associations and professional societies in five states. His experience building a business from the ground up and leading businesses at the industry level has galvanized a commitment to helping businesses, and the individuals that build them, succeed.Before law school, Josh received a master's degree in cello performance and still enjoys performing and teaching regularly. He is founding cellist of "Quartet at Law," the region's only all-lawyer quartet and is an active member of Colorado's Law Club.His deep commitment to music education led him to help found an international charity in 2011 called Peace Notes, Inc. The charity's mission is to advance musical education internationally with an emphasis on regions ravaged by war or disrupted by economic upheaval and poverty. Peace Notes is currently supporting music schools in Afghanistan and Cambodia. Josh is also a founding member of the Ken Caryl Concerts Series, a charity based community concert series that uses free-will offerings and donations to support both local and international charitable initiatives.
