Joshua T. Keltner joined Sweetbaum Sands Anderson PC in October 2018 as a litigation attorney. His practice focuses on civil, commercial, and real estate related litigation. Mr. Keltner also has extensive experience in construction-related claims and collections, including mechanics liens and verified claims. Mr. Keltner has represented clients in both Colorado State and Federal Court and has experience in all stages of litigation from initial investigation through discovery, trial, and appeal. Mr. Keltner was recently awarded the George Holley Young Lawyer Award from the 1st Judicial District Bar Association in recognition of his activities with the Bar, the community and in the practice of law.
