Primary duties :Outreach - Explore various opportunities to introduce schools and students to a possible further education and career path in DigiPen (Singapore) and the computer science industry. This included negotiating collaborative opportunities such as campus visits and workshops with various pre-university institutions in Singapore (28 in total). Admissions - Processing the students who apply to DigiPen, including overseeing the interview process and processing and archiving of their data prior to matriculation. Other duties:- Inventory Manager (Budget and Purchase of marketing collateral and giveaways)- Marketing Liaison : Marketing liaison with external parties, overseeing interviews for various purposes (with Alumni and Industry partners) and writing copy as necessary for online publication) I also kick-started and helmed the very first Digital Marketing campaign run by the organization in 2018.- Logistics Manager for on-campus events (Tying into the role of Inventory manager, I extended my expertise to preparation for all on-campus events)- Emcee/Host (Appointed as the default host for majority of on-campus events)Notable contributions:- Spearheaded DigiPen (Singapore)'s first ever Digital Marketing Campaign- Hosted collaboration ceremony between DigiPen Game Studios and Ubisoft Singapore (2016)- Hosted Commencement Ceremony 2017 for graduates of DigiPen (Singapore) - Set up and oversaw a special education elective, "NUS High Honours Track" for students of NUS High School of Math and Science (2017)

Primary role was to coordinate existing database of 500 talents signed under the Agency, liaising with them for casting, audtions and the actual shoots. The go-to person for all enquiries between talents and agencies. On-set liaison while on set during shoots.Designed and wrote for the very first edition of The People Studio Newsletter. Misc Roles: Fielding general inquiries from the public looking to join as talents or request talents for shoots, as well as a brief period doing corporate communications while The People Studio expanded in its sister company The Casting Studio, and needed to reach out to extend their services to new clients.

The scope of the intern for one of MediaCorp radio's stations is broad - It involves Housekeeping of the music database, audio editing as required (for ads), recording of Voiceovers and liaising with the Djs (Referred to as 'Jocks' in the industry). Outside of radio, my duties involved general admin work, maintaining of the Lush 99.5 and 987FM websites, running contests and giveaways and logistics support for events. I was part of the planning team for two milestone events - Lush 995's 5th anniversary at M Hotel, and 987FM's 21st anniversary celebrations.
