We're used by tens of thousands of professional web teams who's work collectively reaches over a billion unique users every month.In my strategy role I help rally the company behind our long-term vision for WebOps, working closely with our R&D teams, sales, marketing, and customer success. I also have an executive leadership role on corporate development and technology partnerships, helping to build a flourishing ecosystem for our platform.

Pantheon started as a "productization" of our consulting expertise. Web development is a team sport, but the tools and processes for collaboration on CMS projects are still starkly lacking. Plus there are lots of problems scaling individual sites to millions of visits, and with managing large portofolios of individual sites. We fixed all that with some newfangled tech ("containers" - back in 2010!) and some serious original engineering (we wrote our own filesystem), and now our platform is used daily by thousands of developers and serves billions of pages of production traffic a month. Nice.Having worked myself out of coding, I now run our product team, focusing on how we can help our customers and digital agency partners focus on the results that they're hoping to get from the web.

Chapter Three was founded in San Francisco in 2006 by Zack Rosen, Josh Koenig, and Matt Cheney, three friends with a shared interest in social change, mutual expertise in open-source technology, and a strong belief in the wealth of networks. We believe that the critical component of online success isn’t in technology - good tech is a given; mandatory, but by now largely assumed - but rather in people, in practices, and in the right kind of operation. And we believe, wherever possible, that we should walk our talk.

Created and oversaw organization web presence (www.musicforamerica.org). Also created a great deal of web content and organized online volunteers.

Was part of the original team that had the bright idea to package the Drupal contant management framework for politics and build a nodal network for citizen engagement around Howard Dean's campaign for president.

Learned *NIX and full-stack web-application development from some great Sr. Developers and sysadmins. Also got to see the inside of some interesting and unorthodox business deals.
