• Full P&L responsibility of planning and forecasting, and variance analysis of the Service business unit, annual revenue of $65M.
• Provided variance analysis and forecast updates for Service cost centers, including understanding direct labor hours, labor utilization, labor rate and absorption.
• Performed variance analysis of actual orders, revenue, and margin vs. prior forecast versions for a business unit with a challenging product line.
• Prepared and presented monthly P&L and working capital updates for business unit to key business partners.

• Analyzed, monitored, and reconciled all GL activity (BS and P&L) including AR, AP, and inventory transactions.
• Inventory Obsolescence and Sales Discounts and Allowances - Determined appropriate reserve for slow moving inventory and sales allowances with use of models and by discussing with SVP Sales & SVP Operations.
• Return Reserve – Maintained model for margin reserve based on historical product return rates, reserved accordingly.
